Did you know that anyone receiving a paper check for a federal benefit will need to switch to an electronic payment method such as a bank account or the Direct Express Card by March 1, 2013?

Join us for a webinar on September 25 that will provide details on the Go Direct campaign. Go Direct was launched in 2005 as part of the U.S. Department of the Treasury's and the Federal Reserve Banks' effort to increase the use of electronic payments for federal benefits and to reduce the use of paper checks for federal benefit payments. Anyone currently receiving a paper check for a federal benefit will need to switch to an electronic payment method by March 1, 2013.

This webinar will also highlight Bank On programs and how to connect with a Bank On program in your community.
